General Manager – Manchester area
I am recruiting for a client in the Manchester area who is looking for a General Manager for their 4 star hotel in the region.
The hotel has 60 + bedrooms with various F&B outlets which includes brasserie restaurant,M&E in 6 rooms with the largest suite for 150 guests as well as leisure club facilities.
Working with this client previously they have informed me that the person needs to be hands on to drive and develop the business and maintain present revenue streams and ideally to further grow revenue through ADR,ARR etc.
You will be a hands on General Manager working with and supporting the team and be able to offer through the HOD’s training and development and create a focused and motivated team.
The hotel also benefits from a good wedding market as well as corporate and leisure guests using the hotel.
Reporting to the Director of the group this is a role suited to an individual with previous GM experience.
£50k,benefits,bonus
