General Manager – John O’Groats region
This group operation in outstanding location near John O’Groats are presently looking to recruit for a General Manager to join their team.
The operation consists of superb accommodation with spectacular views and excellent 1st class facilities and is well known for it’s super guest service.
The role is to lead and manage the team to deliver these standards on a day to day basis and to ensure that each guest is able to enjoy this fantastic operation with a wish to return as soon as possible.
As the General Manager your team consists of a Deputy Manager and also other HOD’s to assist you in delivering these standards and as well to be able to manage and drive sales to achieve the sales targets and budgets.
You will be based on site so you will also look to be inclusive in the local environment and encourage the local population to use the services and engage them through open communication.
Reporting to the Director of Operations this role will suit an individual who is looking for a new challenge and their next career step.
£30k,bonus,benefits and also live in as part of the package in an off site well appointed flat
