General Manager – Gloucester area
Presently working with a client for this superb privately owned hotel company with various operations in and around the South West and this 4 star award winning hotel based in Gloucester countryside.
As a 60 bedroom operation and also rosette restaurant it also offers C&B for over 200 guests in the largest function suite as well as various other boardrooms and is popular location for weddings,events and also conference facilities and has a great reputation in the local area.
Having recently completed a refurbishment with it’s superb individual bedrooms coupled with a restaurant that offers local seasonal produce and benefits from being able to attract local residents and visitors to the town.
The owner is looking for a a day to day hands on operator and individual who can manage and has the ability to manage all aspects of the business and to deliver budgets,sales and revenue as well as a person able to manage and drive a team to deliver as well as retention and create a super working environment.
Ideally the person will have a knowledge of 4 star hotels and ideally with experience of privately owned hotels and the experience of managing and achieving a budget in of £2M through all trading areas of the operation.
It is also important to be able to train and develop all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
