I am recruiting for a superb privately owned company with various operations in and around the South West and this 4 star award winning hotel is seen as the flagship with 60 bedrooms as well as rosette restaurant and also C&B for up to 150 guests for weddings,events and also conference facilities.
The hotel is coming to the end of a complete refurbishment and has superb individual bedrooms coupled with a restaurant that offers local seasonal produce and benefits from being able to attract local residents and visitors to the town and is also a popular venue for weddings with 50+ booked for this year.
A day to day hands on role and the owners are looking for an individual with the ability to manage all aspects of the business and to deliver budgets,sales and revenue as well as a person able to manage and drive a team to deliver as well as retention and create a super working environment.
Ideally the person will have a knowledge of 4 star hotels and ideally with experience of privately owned hotels and the experience of managing and achieving a budget in of £2M through all trading areas of the operation.
It is also important to be able to train and develop all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
