General Manager – Glasgow area
Looking presently for an international client for their serviced apartment operation in the Glasgow area.
The venue offers superbly appointed bedrooms that can offer up to 2 bedrooms and 4 guests as well as single units and also accomodate both the general hotel guests as well as the ability for long term usage with each room having a kitchenette for the home from home feeling.
The operation consists of 50 rooms and caters for up to 100 + guests and the operation is due for further expansion in 2018 with a further 20 bedrooms becoming available.
A hands on role to ensure and manage all aspects of the business to achieve targets including financial,guest service and also to manage and work with the team to deliver a 1st class product at all times.
To manage costs for all areas of the operation including wages,stock controls as well as working with the 3rd party housekeeping company,reporting direct to the UK Operations Director and meeting with regularly as well as to communicate via phone and unit reports.
