I am recruiting for a superb company with diverse operations across the UK and who are presently looking for a dynamic hands on General Manager for their 5 star venue in a beautiful picturesque town in East Yorkshire.
The offering consists of superb individually designed bedrooms coupled with a restaurant that offers local seasonal produce and benefits from being able to attract local residents and visitors to the town.
This is a day to day hands on role and the company are looking for a real mine host to lead and manage the team with an involvement in all aspects of the business.
Ideally the person will have a knowledge of pubs,restaurants and hotels and be the welcoming face to all clients and as well the experience of managing and achieving a budget in excess of £2.5 M + through all trading areas of the operation.
It is also important to be able to train and develop all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
The unique setting and as well having a great array of beverages on sale including fine wines and cask ales,so it is important that you have knowledge of these and all financial aspects of the business.
Reporting to the Area Manager this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a great challenge as well as career development.
