General Manager – East Lancs region
I am working with a well regarded professional hospitality company with operations across most of the UK within hotels,restaurants,gastro pubs etc who are presently looking for one of their very high standard venues in the East Lancs area for a General Manager.
The operation consists of 20 + bedrooms with a 100 cover restaurant as well as outside area for both food and drink service that offers superb food,drinks and service and also great facilities.
The venue is centrally located and offers guests good traditional food to a high standard and also the bedroom stock is boutique style offering 1st class bedrooms furnished to high standards.
This is a real opportunity to take ownership of this recently refurbished venue and to be able to lead and manage the operation day to day working hands on in all areas of the business.
The location is close to local attractions of the area and the revenue is split between,food,rooms and drink and also attracts the local market.
The person will need to be able to develop and drive the business as a whole and use their market experience and knowledge.
Reporting to the Regional Manager with responsibility for all sales,finances,costs and P&L accounts.
This is an opportunity for the person to join this growing group and ideally come from a similar background within boutique hotels or gastro pubs.
