Looking for a client for a venue based in rural Derbyshire.
Presently operating on limited hours and the client is looking for an individual who can manage all day to day aspects and be able to make it a venue of choice in the local area.
It offers bespoke luxury with some superbly appointed rooms for events,functions,weddings etc as well as 1st class F&B which includes a stunningly decorated restaurant.
As the General Manager you will be responsible to put into place and implement all policies and procedures as well as a sales and marketing strategy to further increase and enhance the reputation and also to be able to drive F&B and specifically an award winning dining concept to attract both the leisure market as well as local population.
Reporting direct to the owner and to work together with a clear direction and focus for the business.
£50k,bonus,benefits
