General Manager – Chester
I am working with a national hotel group who are presently looking for a General Manager for their operation in the Chester area.
The hotel has over 120 bedrooms with large F&B operations which consist of a restaurant,M&E in 8 rooms for up to 200 guest in the largest as well as public bar,Lounge as well as leisure and spa operations.
As a General Manager your role is to lead and manage the team in day to day operations and to ensure a high standard of guest care at all times.
You will also manage the hotel P&L,budgets,sales and as well work with the team to deliver the financial results and targets required by the company senior management.
The hotel has bene refurbished in the last few years to a high standard and offers excellent links to major road and rail networks and the North West airports.
The key areas to manage are leadership and clear direction for each HOD and their respective team members and also to work to achieve a short fall in the present financial targets by adding a focus and drive to be a hands on and visible leader.
