General Manager – Cheshire
We are working with this small expanding group who are presently recruiting for a General Manager to oversee the day to day operations of this high profile site in mid Cheshire.
The position will be to support and assist the operational teams at and to take a lead role in the day to day management of the hotel.
The focus of the General Manager is to deliver key areas which include service standards,sales and also the financial revenues to achieve forecasted business with Revpar,budgets and profit.
The hotel has approx 60 bedrooms all individually styled as well as various F&B outlets with an award winning restaurant and various rooms and spaces for events,weddings,conferences and also offers bespoke spa facilities.
The group after a period of stability will look at expansion plans and this will also be in the North West and through acquisitions that match the owners vision for the company as it grows.
You will report to the Ops Director and a dotted line to the owners and this position would suit an individual who has experience of managing multiple outlets and to 5 star standards at all times.
£70k,benefits,bonus
