Looking to recruit for a General Manager for a 4 star group hotel based in Central Berkshire with 100 bedrooms,award winning dining as well as leisure club for both residents and also with a local membership.
The hotel benefits from a great location close to the major road networks as well as rail and offers facilities whihc includes multiple M&E rooms across the hotel with the largest suite for over 200 guests and in addition various meeting rooms from 2 guests so the hotel is popular with the local corporate markets as well as being available for weddings,events etc.
The client requires a day to day hands on Manager and for an individual with the ability to manage all aspects of the business and to deliver budgets,sales and revenue as well as a person able to manage and drive a team to deliver as well as retention and create a super working environment.
Ideally the person will have a knowledge of 4 star hotels and also the knowledge of managing leisure clubs and experience of managing and achieving a budget in of £2M through all trading areas of the operation.
It is also important to be able to train and develop all team members to ensure the high standards of food and service are maintained and work to achieve the company standards in all areas of the operation.
