£40k,£3k service charge,potential montly bonus,live in potential,parking,company benefits
Presently recruiting for this Gastro pub with rooms in super central village location for a hands on Pub Manager.
The venue is in the heart of the community and the position requires someone to be the face of the business and to lead the team in the day to day operations.
Working with the present team to oversee and manage the day to day operations with a focus on the delivery of service,food and drinks.
The venue also has bedrooms which are all individually designed to a high standard with the this adding to the main business being food and beverage in the bar,restaurant as well as the events space.
Working with the team and offering training and development and a clear focus on driving the venue to the next level and being a key focus within the local community as well as attracting clients for the local area.
You will be visible to the team and guests at all times but still ensure the standards are maintained as well as managing the business in terms of sales targets,revenues and profits.
Reporting to the directors and regular meetings,conversations to ensure you are delivering all the key areas of the business.
