Front of House Manager – nr Chester
I am recruiting at present for this group hotel based approx 20 minutes from Chester.
The client is looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to join their hotel management team.
The hotel has over 50 + bedrooms with various F&B areas of the hotel including an award winning restaurant,main hotel cocktail bar and also C&B for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
Your role will be to lead the team in the front of house areas of the hotel including reception,housekeeping as well as liaising with reservations and sales teams.
You and the team will ensure a great guest experience from check in to check out,also managing with a hands on approach to lead the team in the day to day operations.
You will be working on a shift pattern as per the requirements of the hotel and be able to offer training and support to all team members to assist you in also offering the same levels of service.
The hotel uses an online booking system for reservations,so ideally you will have working knowledge of online hotel systems and reservations.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager and as part of the hotel management team.
