Front of House Manager – nr Chester
I am recruiting at present for this group hotel based nr Chester close to the local Mways in the area who are recruiting for a Front of House Manager to join their hotel management team.
The hotel has over 100 + bedrooms with an all day dining restaurant and main bar as well as extensive meetings and conferences rooms in the hotel with the largest room with a capacity of 200 guests as we as a full leisure club and spa.
The team consists of managing the day and nights team of approx 10 and you will be managing with a hands on approach to lead the team to deliver a 1st class guest experience and ensure each guest is dealt with quickly and efficiently when checking in and out of the hotel.
You will be working on a shift pattern as per the requirements of the hotel and be able to offer training and support to all team members to assist you in also offering the same levels of service.
The hotel uses a central booking system and the hotel also does some of it’s own reservations,so you will need to be familiar with an online system.
Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the hotel management team you will also be required to work Duty Manager shifts on a rota basis.
