This role is for the same hotel and working with the team on reception and also nights and being able to deliver a great guest journey and experience at all times.
Offering training and development to all team members to achieve this and also assist all team members with clear targets and focus on working to deliver this.
Manage the front desk and staff rotas in line with the department budgets and cost controls.
Report to the Operations Manager and General Manager and with similar experience in a high end venue.
