F&B Manager – North Wales
This exciting new vacancy based in a resort complex near the major road networks in North Wales are looking for an F&B Manager to join their team in senior management.
The role will be to oversee all F&B operations within this 4 star group and to manage the hotel department Heads which includes Head Chef,Restaurant Manager,Bar Manager and Coffee Shop Manager.
The hotel offers a large 200 + cover restaurant as well as numerous bars and casual all day coffee shop outlets,you will be working with the HOD’s to ensure and manage to deliver the required standards which includes guest satisfaction as well as managing to achieve sales targets and departmental budgets and also controlling costs for liquor GP,wage costs and also the food gp margins.
The person required will have an in depth knowledge of large F&B operations and be able to work with the teams to offer support,training as well as team development.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager and with great potential career development this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge.
