F&B Services Manager – Coventry
We are recruiting for this 4 star hotel in a great location approx 20 minutes from the centre of Coventry,with great links via road and rail and close to the various conferences venue,museums etc of the area.
The company are presently looking for a hands on F&B Services Manager to join their senior management team.
The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with 120 cover Brasserie as well as a popular lounge and bar also it offers various C&B meeting rooms and the with the largest suite capable of catering for 200 guests as well as other boardrooms and is a popular choice within the conference and events market due to the location and addition of on site parking.
The General Manager is looking for an individual from a background in 4 star hotels and with working knowledge of F&B in all areas and also the ability to manage multiple F&B outlets based across the hotel and to work with and support the HOD’s and their teams and to ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.
Offer ongoing training and development to all HOD’s and respective staff members and through the training,further develop service standards for all guests and deliver a high standard of service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
