F&B Operations Manager – Warks area
Working with this luxurious 4 star hotel with award winning restaurant as well as C&B for up to 200 guests in the largest suite and the client is recruiting for a key position of F&B Operations Manager to join their management team.
You will lead the day to day operations in the hotel working with and assisting the HOD’s to drive and deliver a great guest service at all times.
The main focus on the role is to ensure the F&B department and team are trained and each individual has a development plan to ensure a consistency of service at all times,supporting the managers to offer this on a regular basis as well as being able to retain the team.
You will be able to manage all of the department costs and controls and that all costs are transparent to each department head and what they require to achieve their goals with regular meetings to achieve the budgets.
Working with the General Manager and supporting during their absence and create a positive work environment with regular communications and meetings.
The candidate should have knowledge of both operations as well as being able to review P&L accounts and to play a key part in driving sales with guests in house to use the hotel restaurant and bar and the team to upsell at all times.
You will also work with the sales team to develop a calendar of events to attract the local residents in the area as well as Wedding Fayre events.
Reporting to the General Manager.
