F&B Operations Manager – Shropshire area
£38k,benefits,bonus,company pension
This luxury 4 star hotel,part of a small group of eclectic hotels is recruiting for a hands on F&B Operations Manager to join their team.
The hotel has all facilities which includes 70 bedrooms along with various F&B outlets including a 100 cover casual dining all day restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner and serves both local clients and hotel residents.
The hotel also has conference and events facilities for approx 200 guests in the largest suite as well as various meetings and conference rooms.
Also offering a 1st class leisure club and spa for hotel residents and serving the local clientele.
You will be hands on to lead and manage the team day to day and ensure great guest service working with the team to deliver this.
Manage the training and development of team members at all levels and work with the departments to give a clear lead and focus and to achieve the company standards.
Manage and control department costs which includes wages,the stock controls for the food and beverage and to achieve the required targets set by the company.
Report direct to the General Manager.
