F&B Operations Manager – Nr Manchester Airport Cheshire
This client a 4 star country house hotel located in an idyllic rural location close to Manchester airport with beautiful gardens are recruiting for a F&B Operations Manager to join their senior management team.
The hotel has 40 + bedrooms with A La Carte restaurant and various C&B/meeting rooms and the largest suite with great views of the surrounding countryside caters for 150 guests and is a popular choice within the wedding market.
The General Manager considers the person to come from a similar background and with working knowledge and experience of rosettes for the restaurant as the hotel is looking to work to achieve a target of 2 within the next 6 months.
As the F&B Ops Manager you will be the 2nd in charge of the hotel and to be able to work with and support the General Manager and oversee the day to day operations and work with all of the hotel’s HOD’s with a focus within the F&B department.
Also offer ongoing training and development to all HOD’s and respective staff members to ensure and deliver a high standard of service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
