We are recruiting for this fabulous 4 star country house hotel in a idyllic rural location close to Gloucester and who are looking for a F&B Operations Manager to join their senior management team.
The hotel has 60 + bedrooms with rosette A La Carte restaurant and various C&B meeting rooms and the with the largest suite capable of catering for 300 guests as well as other boardrooms and is a popular choice within the wedding/conference and events market.
Also the hotel has a full leisure club and spa and is open to both hotel residents and local membership.
The General Manager is ideally looking for an individual from a similar background and with working knowledge of F&B in all areas and also experience of rosettes for the restaurant as the hotel is looking to work to achieve a target of 2 within the next 6 months.
As the F&B Ops Manager you will be the 2nd in charge of the hotel and to be able to work with and support the General Manager and oversee the day to day operations and work with all of the hotel’s HOD’s with a focus within the F&B department.
Also offer ongoing training and development to all HOD’s and respective staff members to ensure and deliver a high standard of service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
