The hotel with 100 + bespoke designed rooms offers the ultimate in standards with the award restaurant and other meeting and events spaces within the hotel for up to 300 + guests in the main function suite.

Additionally also being able to cater for weddings as well as the corporate market for that special get together for the team.

The hotel has multi F&B outlets with various function and boardrooms as well as being highly regarded for their famous afternoon teas and then further enhanced with the luxury cocktail bar. and lounge area.

The guest experience is further enhanced by the leisure club and spa facility the is open to hotel residents and local members.

You will manage all aspects of the department day to day and work with and assist the department team along with the supervisors and team members.

Also create a positive work environment with the Head Chef and the kitchen team.

You will ensure the highest standards of guest care and train and develop the team to offer this at all times.

Additionally you will also manage the departments budget for wages,sales and working with the hotel management team to deliver the required budget.
