F&B Operations Manager – nr Warrington
Recruiting for this stunning 4 star group hotel in superb location close to major road networks of the area and approx 20 minutes from M56.
The hotel offers approx 100 + bedrooms with a 100 + cover restaurant,lounge area and bar and also caters to events,functions,weddings etc for up to 250 guests in the largest suite as other boardrooms.
This is a working hands on role to lead the day to day operations within the F&B department but also to work with and assist all departments and ensure the highest standards at all times.
As the F&B Ops Manager you will be managing various HOD’s within the department and be able to offer support and assistance to the managers and teams and to ensure a high standard of guest service at all times.
You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.
