Food and Beverage Manager – nr St Albans 

We are presently recruiting for this branded group hotel in a great location and the hotel are looking to recruit for a F&B Manager to join their team,as part of a small expanding group.
The hotel has 80 + bedrooms along with various F&B facilities which includes a 70 cover restaurant,main hotel bar as well as C&B in 5 rooms with max capacity of 150 guests in the largest suite as well as boardrooms available for conferences and events etc.
As F&B Manager you will oversee the day to day operations of the department and team and ensure a high standard of guest care at all times.
You will have direct line reports for the Restaurant,C&B and Bars and you will work with them and their respective teams to ensure a consistency of standards at all times.
Also create a great working relationship with the Head Chef and kitchen team to further enhance the guest experience.
Offer training and development to all team members and create a positive work environment and so a more efficient and driven team.
Working closely with the General Manager and other HOD’s and also to achieve the targets for each department and the hotel budget,this will also involve you working to achieve the department targets that includes sales,wage costs as well as wet and food GP margins and also to achieve the food hygiene standards required by the company.
