F&B Manager – North Lakes Cumbria  

This award winning 4 star country house hotel located in an idyllic rural location in the North Lakes area with close links to the M6 with beautiful manicured gardens and outside areas are presently recruiting for a F&B Manager to join their senior management team.

The hotel has 40 + bedrooms with a superb acclaimed restaurant and various C&B/meeting rooms and the largest suite with great views of the surrounding countryside caters for 150 guests and is a popular choice within the events and wedding markets.

The General Manager considers the person to come from a similar background and with working knowledge and experience of rosettes for the restaurant as this is the standard the hotel restaurant operates at present and is looking to be able to maintain this level of food and service.

As the F&B Manager you will be working with and managing the F&B team and the HOD’s within the department and also support the General Manager and oversee the day to day operations in the F&B department.

Also offer ongoing training and development to all the team to ensure and deliver a high standard of service at all times.

You will also be involved in service delivery when required as well as managing the various F&B departments finances to ensure all costs are controlled in line with the hotel budgets to achieve sales targets and profit margins.

This is a role that would suit a HOD from the F&B department and the knowledge and experience of managing teams,service standards and finances.

£30k,benefits,short term live in available
