This national group hotel are presently looking to recruit for a hands on F&B Manager to lead the F&B team within the hotel.
The hotel with 100 + bedrooms with 120 cover restaurant and multiple meeting and events spaces with the largest suite for up to 300 + guests for a sit down guest function.
Catering for both the corporate and leisure guest with central location to the main road networks of the area.
Also with a full leisure and spa facility that is open to residents of the local area and hotel guests the venue is always busy.
You will manage all aspects of the F&B department day to day and work with and assist the department team along with the supervisors and team members.
Also create a positive work environment with the Head Chef and the kitchen team.
You will ensure the highest standards of guest care and train and develop the team to offer this at all times.
Additionally you will also manage the departments budget for wages,sales and working with the hotel management team to deliver the required budget.
