F&B Manager – Greater Manchester

We are presently recruiting for a new role based in the Greater Manchester area for a Regional F&B Manager to oversee the F&B operations in the local regions company hotels.
This role is ideal for someone looking to shape the F&B in the hotels and to implement and develop each hotel’s food and beverage operations and teams.
Working closely with the owners and the Hotel General Managers to put in place policies and procedures to ensure the F&B is suitable for each hotel and the hotel guests.
You will have knowledge and experience in 4/5 star hotels and understand the operations and also the financial requirements to create great F&B for the guests.
Working closely with the in house F&B teams and to develop all team members and manages to deliver great guest service and a superb offering in the department.
The hotels have restaurants,bars as well as events and function spaces and you will work to develop the spaces to generate sales and revenue.
Create good working practices and policies that are individual but also have a corporate structure that teams can follow easily.
Manage the finances of the departments with the managers and chefs to achieve agreed targets for food and beverage costs as well as managing wage costs in line with company budgets.
Direct reports to the company Directors and regular meetings to ensure targets are being achieved.
