F&B Manager – Manchester
This 1st class hotel operation with superbly appointed F&B facilities are recruiting for a senior person to join their management team and to oversee the day to day running of the F&B department and teams.
The hotel has over 100 + bedrooms and is part of a growing company with large F&B operations that consist of 150 cover restaurant,casual dining restaurant and then multiple M&E rooms that can cater for over 400 + guests and then various bars ranging from high end cocktail bar to function room bars.
So the person taking on this large operation will be required to manage volume as well as managing and ensuring a high standard of operation at all times,working with and supporting the individual HOD’s and teams and be able to be a hands on leader to deliver the above as well as driving sales and revenue streams throughout the department.
Reporting direct to the Operations Manager and with responsibility for P&L,training and development and a key part of the management team.
£40k + benefits,bonus
