F&B Manager – Liverpool area

Presently recruiting for this 4 star group owned hotel in great location in the Merseyside area.

The hotel offers 100 + bedrooms with multiple F&B areas which includes a fine dining restaurant and main hotel cocktail bar as well as various meeting rooms with the largest capacity for over 250 + guests.
You will be managing the day to day operations of the F&B department working with and supporting the department HOD’s which includes Restaurant Manager,Bar Manager and also the M&E Manager and their respective teams and to maintain a close positive working relationship with the Ex Chef and kitchen team to ensure a great guest experience.
The hotel due to it’s location is a popular venue for both the corporate and leisure markets and it has great connections to the local road and rail networks in the area.
You will also manage all department finances to ensure the department is achieving financial targets that includes sales,control of wage costs as well as achieving agreed wet and food GP margins.
As F&B Manager you will also develop your management team and offer training and development and also that each team member is also able to work towards the same standards throughout the hotel.
Reporting to the Hotel Manager this role will suit an individual looking for their next positive career step.
