F&B Manager Liverpool
A 4 star hotel in the Liverpool area,the hotel is 70 bedrooms along with various F&B outlets which includes a 100 cover casual dining all day restaurant serving breakfast,lunch and dinner and serves both local clients and hotel residents.
The hotel also has conference and events facilities for approx 150 guests in the largest suite as well as various meetings and conference rooms.
You will be hands on to lead and manage the team day to day and ensure great guest service working with the team to deliver this.
Manage the training and development of team members at all levels and work with the departments to give a clear lead and focus and to achieve the company standards.
Manage and control department costs which includes wages,the stock controls for the food and beverage and to achieve the required targets set by the company.
Report direct to the General Manager.
