F&B Manager – Leicester
This 4 star group hotel based in the Leicester area are presently looking to recruit for an F&B Manager for their team.
The hotel benefits from a great reputation and offers a high standard of food and service across all areas of the hotel.
Ideally the person will have a hands on approach and to be able to lead and manage the team and operation day to day.
The hotel has a 80 cover restaurant that offers modern British cuisine with classical French influences and also a number of M&E rooms for up to 150 guests in the largest suite.
You will work with and support the teams and also ensure standards are maintained and achieved at all times as well as being able to manager the department P&L to achieve the hotel budgets.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and also as part of the senior management team.
