F&B Manager – Leeds
This national hotel chain with operations across the UK are looking to recruit for an F&B Manager to join their team.
The hotel has various F&B outlets which includes a grill room restaurant with 100 covers serving breakfast,lunch and dinner as well as casual dining option within the bar area and M&E in 7 rooms with the largest suite able to accommodate 250 guests.
Your role as F&B Manager will be to oversee the day to day operational teams and to ensure a high standard of guest care as well as being able to manage costs and drive sales.
Working with the HOD’s in each department you will offer training and development to all team members to ensure consistency of service standards and the highest guest care required.
As a senior person within the operation a clear knowledge of costs including the various department P&L’s and of course to ensure key matrics deliver in food and wet GP margins as well as wage costs.
Involved in all key aspects of the hotel and reporting direct to the General Manager.
