F&B Manager – Herts area
We are recruiting for this 4 star deluxe hotel based in a beautiful rural location in the Herts countryside.
The hotel is presently recruiting for a hands on F&B Manager to oversee all F&B areas of the hotel.
The hotel has 100 bedrooms with extensive facilities including an award winning restaurant as well as large C&B for up to 200 guests and also full leisure and spa.
As F&B Manager you will be working with and supporting the teams in all areas of the hotel and to ensure training and development is part of each person’s employment and also to achieve 1st class service at all times.
You will be leading the Managers to achieve targets which include departmental costs as well as sales figures to ensure the department is running at a profit.
Then other duties will include delivery of the department’s budgets also to assist during busy work periods as well as Duty Management on a rota.
Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and as part of the senior team you will also attend HOD meetings.
