F&B Manager – nr Southampton 

I am recruiting for a Southampton based 4 star hotel group hotel for a dynamic F&B Manager for this hotel with 100 + bedrooms and with rosette awards for the restaurant as well as various M&E rooms for conferences,events and weddings with the largest suite catering for up to 150 guests for a sit down function.

The hotel offers superb dining and various other facilities which includes the restaurant,cocktail bar and is well located close to the regions amenities and is well regarded in the area for offering superb service in all areas of the hotel.

You will work with the Department HOD’s within F&B which includes Restaurant,Bar and C&B and offer support,training and development for all team members within the F&B department.

In addition it is also important as well as to have the knowledge and experience of high end service you have the financial acumen to control and manage costs in all areas including wages,wet liquor stock etc and work to the agreed targets within the hotel budget.

An experienced F&B Manager and also of hotels and hospitality,you will also bring commercial experience in order to drive and develop sales in the department to further increase sales and support the hotel.

Reporting direct to the Deputy General Manager and the role will suit someone with exposure to a similar level of service gained in 4/5 star hotels.
