F&B Manager mid Cheshire

Presently recruiting for a 4 star luxury hotel in rural Cheshire nr Nantwich for an experienced F&B Manager to join the team.

This is a hands on role to work with and lead the team within the F&B department that consists of a fine dine restaurant as well as various meeting and events rooms with the largest room catering for up to 150 guests.

You will work with the hotel management team and ensure the highest service standards and guest care at all times.

Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including bartending, culinary, food production, and food preparation.
Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to food safety standards.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Create and maintain menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special promotions.- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending, culinary techniques, food production, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and hotel industry practices is preferred.
