We are presently working with this group hotel in the beautiful Fylde coastal area who are looking to recruit a hands on F&B Manager to join their team.
The client is looking for this key position in the hotel for a hands on F&B Manager to lead the Managers in the F&B department and their respective teams.
The hotel has 100 + bedrooms with various F&B areas in the hotel with a modern hotel restaurant offering an eclectic menu with busy bar area and offering an all day menu ,there is also spaces for events,weddings as well as conferences in the hotel and the hotel also offers super leisure and spa facilities.
As F&B Manager you will be working with and supporting the various department Managers and their teams and to ensure working together you will deliver great guest service at all times.
The direct line reports you will meet with and offer to the individuals and the teams ongoing training and development and the ownership to lead their departments including managing costs,achieving key targets including sales to achieve the hotel budget and profits.
Liaise with the other hotel HOD’s and create a positive work environment in all areas of the hotel and to be able to assist with recruitment when required but more importantly staff retention at all levels to create consistency.
Report direct to the General Manager and assist with setting sales and revenue targets and be involved in the budgeting and forecasting.
Attend the weekly and daily management meetings to be aware of the events of the day and assist when required to deliver as part of a team.
