Head Chef – nr Solihull
Working presently with a national group who operate in hotels,inns and the pub market with superb operations across the UK with a focus on delivering 1st class guest services in all areas of their business.
I am at present looking for a hands on Head Chef for their Inns division for a fantastic venue based near Solihull to oversee and manage all day to day aspects of the kitchen.
The site has s small core menu from the company as well as the Head Chef being able to create and write their own menus using fresh local produce to be able to focus and increase the food offering to the guests.
As Head Chef you will have the ability to have a stake in changing the direction of the food using your skills and experience and being able to attract the local population to make the operation a venue of choice.
Working closely with the team to deliver the high standards required as well as ensuring good quality supplies and working with local producers to provide this,also to achieve the company required food gross profit margins.
As well you will work with a focused and driven team and offer ongoing training and development to assist you to achieve the levels of food required and also all food safety legislation and hygiene to at least 4 star standards.
As Head Chef you will work with the General Manager to achieve financial and sales targets to achieve the sites budget.
