Event Sales Co-Ordinator – Coventry and Solihull
I am recruiting for 2 group hotels based nr Coventry and Solihull for Event Sales Co-Ordinators to join their teams.
You will work with and support the Event Sales Office Manager and deal with all incoming enquiries and to process and send out the requested information from the client in a timely and efficient manner to be able to secure the business for the hotel and to achieve the hotel sales budget.
The hotels have over 100 + bedrooms with great facilities including restaurant,various M&E rooms with the largest in both hotels able to offer functions for up to 250 guests for an event.
The hotels also offer various bars,coffee lounge and a comprehensive leisure and spa facility.
You will come from a similar background of sales within a hotel environment and to be able to work with the internal sales systems to ensure all details for events and enquiries are maintained.
Working as part of the team the role offers both re-active sales as well as pro-active sales requirements to grow and develop the hotels sales and achieve sales budgets and targets.
Reporting to the Sales Office Manager the company can offer great training and career development.
£18K,benefits,bonus and leisure membership after probation period
