Director of Sales and Marketing – Manchester
Presently working with this client in Manchester who is recruiting for a key role in the business which is a Director of Sales & Marketing Manager to join their driven and successful team.
You will be responsible for heading all sales and marketing activities in the hotel and working with and supporting the internal sales team and operations to achieve targets and budgets for this 150 bedroom hotel.
This is a role that requires the individual to know the market place and to interact and liaise with the various operators bringing business into the city for events,conferences etc.
Also work with the online OTA’s to ensure this hotel is always at the front of their minds when looking for a suitable venue for business including MICE and leisure looking for a great venue and operation and to deliver and exceed the clients requirements.
You will be managing the full end to end sales cycle and work to achieve the sales budget and financial targets for the hotel and work with the General Manager to set out a strategy to achieve this.
Support will be from the internal team who will have the knowledge and ability to deal with and RFI’s quickly and efficiently to ensure the hotel secures the business.
Offer training and development to the team to ensure they know what guidelines they are working towards to also achieve sales targets.

£55k,excellent bonus and benefits.
