Deputy General Manager – Solihull area

We are looking for a client based in the Solihull area who are part of an expanding hotel group for a Deputy General Manager for this 4 star hotel with 100 + bedrooms as well as various F&B outlets.

The hotel is operating within an international brand and has a Brasserie restaurant as well as a speciality restaurant open for dinner only and also offers various meeting rooms with the largest for 200 + guests and other meeting and boardrooms across the hotel.

This is a hands on role to lead and manage the team day to day within front of house areas which includes reception,F&B,housekeeping,kitchen and leisure.

Reporting direct to the General Manager and ensure a high standard of guest care as well as managing the finances of the department to achieve budget as well as controlling food,liquor and wage costs.

As part of the management team you will work as a Duty Manager on a rota basis and deputise for the General Manager.
