Recruiting for a client based in Liverpool and they are presently recruiting for an Deputy General Manager to join their senior management team.
The hotel offers bespoke services in all areas of the operation which includes a fine dine award winning restaurant stylish cocktail bar as well as superbly appointed meetings and conference areas and also unique events spaces with fantastic services available.
As Deputy General Manager the role is hands on to lead and manage the team in day to day business and someone that has an all round focus with an emphasis on F&B but also to include all departments and to ensure and deliver 1st class guest service at all times.
You will work with the HOD’s to ensure a consistency of standards and as well be able to deliver training and development for everyone in your teams.
In addition you will manage costs and controls and drive sales and revenue in order for the hotel to achieve budgets.
Reporting direct to the General Manager the role will suit an individual from a 4/5 star hotel background with exposure in all key departments or a Senior HOD/F&B Manager looking for their next career development role.
£40k,excellent bonus,benefits
