Demi/Chef de Partie – Hotel Oxfordshire
This client in super location is looking for Demi or Chef de Parties to join their kitchen team.
The has superbly appointed bedrooms with 1st class restaurant with awards including 2 AA rosettes as well as being a venue for various events including weddings,functions,events and Christmas parties
The food with a focus on fresh seasonal produce with a mix of modern British with some classic French influences.
As a Chef de Partie your role will be to work with and be part of the team and work in various corners of the kitchen and be able to produce a high end food product in line with the reputation that the hotel has become well known for in recent times.
You will work with the Head Chef and Sous Chef and ensure that the kitchen is always maintained to the required food hygiene standards and as well be able to manage stock and stock controls.
Also you will be offered ongoing training and development for your career as well as 2 days off per week and work 5 days over 7 on a rota basis.
