Demi/Chef de Partie – Crewe
This well regarded 4 star group hotel with 100 bedrooms including a 100 cover restaurant along with C&B for up to 200 guests in the largest suite are recruiting for a Chef de Parties to join their team.
The menu uses generally fresh food catering to the corporate market through the week and then attracting the leisure markets at the weekends as well as events and weddings.
As a Chef de Partie you will work with and support the Head & Sous Chef also work with other kitchen team members to ensure the standards are maintained at all times in both the quality of the food being prepared and served to the guests but also in regards to kitchen hygiene standards.
Also as part of a larger group there are development and career plans available.
