Conference Co-Ordinator – nr Chester
We are looking to recruit for a 4 star hotel based nr Chester with close links to M53/M56 for a Conference Co-Ordinator to join their hotel team.
The hotel has over 60 bedrooms with 80 cover restaurant,6 Meeting rooms with the largest with a capacity of 150 guests as well as a leisure club.
You will be working with a team of 3 reporting to the Revenue Manager and be responsible for dealing with all in coming enquiries to ensure a fast efficient service for any conferences,events or weddings and to be able to assist the guest and to ensure the hotel is able to secure the business.
You will be working on Monday to Friday 9 – 5 shift pattern and work to achieve targets as part of the role.
The hotel uses a central booking system and so ideally experience of this is beneficial.
