We are presently working with this superb hotel in great rural location but close to the local town of the area and recruiting for a Conference and Events Supervisor to join their F&B department.
The hotel is well known both locally and is a highly regarded award winning hotel offering bespoke luxury bedrooms as well as super food and drink and also offers fantastic leisure and spa facilities.
The C&B department has 10 + rooms available for conferences and events with the largest suite being able to accommodate up to 200 guests.
This role requires some of the following key skills,
The individual to have knowledge of the events and conference department and to be able to set up the rooms as required for the various functions being held on a day to day basis that will include weddings,conferences and events in the hotel.
When required you will meet with all client’s to understand their specific requirements and plan the rooms according to the event.
Assist and work with the Management to plan and then deliver the event,weddings etc to the highest standards at all times.
You will also be working with the management of the hotel and then the various team members in the department and be able to offer support and training to ensure they work to the required standards and achieve great guest satisfaction.
As a Supervisor you can also expect support and training for the department manager and continued development,as well as to manage various events when required on your own with other team members.
Plan and prepare as required by the function and guest needs and always make sure all rooms are kept to a high standard at all times.
