Salary to £33k,service charge,20% bonus,company benefits including pension,staff discounts etc

We are presently working with this stunning deluxe hotel in great central location in the North Yorkshire area near York/Harrogate.
The client is looking for a key position in the hotel for a hands on C&E Manager to lead the conference and events team.
The hotel has 150 + bedrooms with multiple F&B areas in the hotel with an award winning restaurant,main lounge and bar and various meeting and events rooms catering for up to 600 + guests during busy periods in the hotel.
As the Head of Department you will be working with and supporting the team and to ensure and deliver great guest service at all times.
The C&B team consists of a core of approx 12 people which includes an Assistant Manager,Supervisors and team members with then the addition of a rota of an additional 30 + staff and also when required casual team members.
You will be able to ensure the highest standards at all times and great guest satisfaction and to liaise with the hotel guests and other departments in the hotel to offer with the team efficient service at all times.
Working with the team and offering ongoing training and development to al team members including casual staff.#
Liaise with the other hotel HOD’s and create a positive work environment with the Head Chef and kitchen team.
Manage the department finances for wage costs,rota’s etc and report to the F&B Manager.
