Conference and Events Manager – Liverpool
Presently recruiting for this 4 star Liverpool hotel for a C&E Manager.
The hotel is 100+ bedrooms with various F&B outlets and in the C&E areas of the hotel the department can cater for up to 250 + guests in the largest suite.
Also the hotel has additional events spaces and boardrooms for everything from a 1 on 1 as well as for up to 20,30 and 50 and 100 guests.
As the C&E Manager you will work with an oversee the day today operations working with and supporting the team that consists of an Assistant Manager and also department Supervisors and then working with the additional team members being both full time and casual catering for the demands of the and requirements of the business.
Training and development of the team is an important role to ensure service standards at all times.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to develop the business and achieve financial targets and sales.
Manage the department recruitment,costs including wages and manage the department assets.
Reporting to the F&B Manager and Sr Management team and attend HOD meetings daily and when required.
