Coffee Lounge Manager – Swansea
Presently recruiting for this expanding group and looking for a Coffee Lounge Manager to work in their operation in the Swansea area.
The role is hands on to lead and manage a small team and to deliver great guest service at all times.
The operation opens daily at 6.30 am and close time is approx 7 pm.
The position is to manage the day to day operations working with and supporting the team.
Ensure to work to the company brand stadards and knowledge and experience of making drinks of various types and also the skills to work as barista creating great coffee.
You will also manage the department finances,stock controls as well as training of the team members.
Keeping up to date with the various products available as well as seasonal changes of the guest food and drink choices.
Report to the General Manager and working various shift patterns as required by the group.
£26k,bonus structure,pension,life assurance and career training and development.
