Cluster Sales Manager – Merseyside
We are working with this group venue client in the Merseyside area who are actively looking to recruit for a Cluster Sales Manager to join their management team to sell 3 operations the company own.
The person and role will be a focus on the full 360 sales cycle selling all areas of the operations and this includes memberships as well as being able to bring in revenue for the additional services which includes superb F&B services as well as selling into the MICE,Weddings,Events and Christmas parties markets.
Each venue is unique and in great locations close to the major road networks of the area.
The role is field based so will be planning client meetings both on and off site and when required hosting events to further develop sales and revenue with each operation having spaces to host various events with conferences,weddings as well as the day to day F&B services.
Ideally the person will be from a similar hospitality background with the ability to manage and develop sales across the region to both the corporate and leisure markets with a combined approach of both ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently by the team to secure the business as well as outbound calls/visits from both previous and new users of the venues and to assist in achieving sales targets and budgets.
You will also have a team working with you to ensure support with dealing with enquiries and any RFI’s can be followed up to secure the business.
Also through ongoing training and development to create a positive sales environment as well as leadership approach with defined targets in all key areas of the office sales team.
