Cluster Revenue Manager Hotel – North Manchester area
£40k,parking,company benefits including pension,10% bonus,group discounts, hybrid role
Presently working with this group hotel operation with hotels in Lancashire,Greater Manachester and Cheshire area and recruiting a senior management role of Cluster Revenue Manager and this is position based at one of the company’s hotels and then travel to the other hotels on a regular basis.
The person the client is looking for is an experienced and knowledgeable Revenue Manager with the ability to grow and develop the hotels sales and revenue working with the present business and the ability to lead through marketing strategy to develop the general business in both the commercial and leisure markets.
Working with the Hotel Management team and to assist and support as well as being able to bring ideas that will further increase and exceed budgets and profit.
This role is a hybrid position so working from home and also the office when required for business and strategies meetings and with regular communication with the various departments being mainly the sales team as well as hotel management team and to price general enquiries to secure the business but also be competitive to develop the sales and revenue targets.
Managing the online pricing for the hotel and increasing direct bookings via the hotel website and decrease the online booking companies,communicate the policy with the teams and ensure they understand when taking and securing any future business.
Manage the departments budgets and finances and attend management meetings when required.
Reporting directly to the MD of the company.
