Cluster Operations Manager – Solihull

Presently working with this group hotel operation with hotels in West Midlands and also includes other hotels in the group.

The company are presently recruiting a Cluster Operations Manager to oversee 2 hotels in the group and to assist the management to ensure and deliver a great guest experience as all times.

You will be based ideally in the West Midlands hotel and then regular travel to the other hotel with overnight stays required to fulfil the role successfully.

The person the client is looking for is an experienced and knowledgeable Operations Manager and ideally with a focus on F&B and with the ability to grow and develop the hotel revenue in general and with a clear strategy to develop the general business in all areas of the operation.

Working with the Hotel Management team and to assist and support as well as being able to bring ideas that will further increase and exceed budgets and profit.

This role will require you to plan your working week and to be there to support the teams in each hotel with regular communication with the departments and to assist and support the HOD’s and their teams to ensure great service at all times.

Manage the departments budgets and finances and attend management meetings when required.

Reporting directly to the MD of the company.
